Camp Fun Spanish and Me!
Give your young ones an unforgettable summer
We are passionate about sharing and teaching more than the Spanish language. We focus on immersing in the Spanish culture through traditional games, songs, poetry, cuisine, storytelling, and much more.
Learning Through Play
Our curriculum is packed with activities that encourage teamwork, friendly competition, quick thinking, recall, resourcefulness, leadership and character development.

A DAY AT CAMP
Sample Day Schedule
Block 1- La bienvenida
A time of welcoming each other and waking up their body and minds by signing and playing traditional Spanish games outdoors. These games will spark their minds to think quickly in Spanish and give way to camaraderie.
Your kids will learn how to play: La candelita, Chicle, Piedra papel o tijeras, La ere, Fui de paseo.
Block 2 – Grammar
Split up into smaller learning groups (according to Spanish proficiency level) and we dive into the tricky grammar, conjugations, use of tildes, all through the methodologies of “Learning through play”.
Block 3 – Around the world
In multi-age small groups we learn about Spanish speaking countries. We may create posters, make flags, prepare a dish, learn a traditional dance, etc.
Block 4 – La Gozadera
We play games that involve quick thinking, information sharing, making inferences and working in teams to achieve common goals. We focus on vocabulary building and practicing conjugations.
Block 5 – Presentaciones y dramatizaciones
In multi-age groups we prepare a play, recite poetry, learn tongue twisters, and practice presenting to our peers.
Block 6- La despedida
A time to come together as a big group and recap the day.
Campers have an opportunity to ask questions in their native language to tie any learning gaps they had during the day.
At some point during the day, we do make it to the restrooms, have opportunities to stay hydrated and have a snack. Your kiddo is cherished, valued, lifted up, encouraged, and well taken care of!

Camp Locations
At Lifestyle center of Lake Arlington Baptist Church in Arlington.
Sessions and Information
There are 6 sessions to choose from.
Each session consists of a 3 hr block Monday – Friday.
Morning Session 9 AM -12 PM
Afternoon Session 1 – 4 PM.
You have an opportunity to choose your session in the registration form. Early drop off and late pick up is available.
Camp Weeks
July 29 – Aug 2nd (AM Session – CLOSED / PM Session CLOSED)
Aug 5 – 9 (AM Session – CLOSED / PM Session CLOSED)
Aug 12 – 16 (AM Session Open / PM Session Open)
Daily registration is available for $35 per day.
Choose morning or afternoon or purchase both sessions. The first session is $150, additional session, for any kids within the same household is at a discounted rate of $120 for the week.
